• Apply lotion, cosmetics, hairspray, and perfume before dressing in jewelry.
• When undressing, wipe each piece with a clean soft cloth to remove oils and perspiration.
• Never expose jewelry to household cleaning products.
• Never expose jewelry to chlorine in swimming pools.
• Remove jewelry before going to bed or participating in physical activity.
• Store individual pieces separately, when traveling.

• First of all, we have to know our gemstones before we start cleaning.
• Sensitive gemstones like Pearl, Amber, Emerald, Opal, and seriously soiled jewelry should be cleaned by a professional.
• Clean in a secure location, not the rim of a sink where a piece may slip down the drain.
• Use only a very soft brush, never sharp or hard objects, to gently scrub inside and outside of jewelry and remove dirt or particles, especially under the stones.
• Wash your jewelry lightly with soapy water or commercial jewelry cleaner often; lotions, soaps, and skin oils optical the opital properties of diamonds and gemstones, causing them to look dull. 
• When you've finished scrubbing, rinse in warm running water, shake or blow on the jewelry piece to remove excess liquid, then gently polish with a jewelry cleaning cloth.

Regarding our items that would require an exchange for better-fit wear, we will accept an exchange for the same design if the item is sent back to us, in the original packaging and prepaid delivery charges, within 7 days of receiving it.
